We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Participating schools use GradTracker to send surveys and other educational communications to their students and contacts. Before using a mobile phone number for SMS communications, each participating school must obtain the recipient’s voluntary and legally valid consent to receive the applicable messages from that school. GradTracker processes mobile phone numbers solely as a service provider acting on behalf of participating schools.
We may collect, hold, use, and disclose information for the following purposes, and personal information will not be further processed in a manner that is incompatible with these purposes:
- To enable you to customize or personalize your experience of our website
- To contact and communicate with you
- To operate, improve, and support our website, associated applications, and associated social media platforms
- For internal record-keeping and administrative purposes
- To comply with our legal obligations and resolve any disputes that we may have

SMS Communications
Participating schools and educational organizations may use GradTracker to manage and facilitate SMS communications with their students and other contacts. Before a mobile phone number is used for messaging, the participating school must obtain the recipient’s voluntary and legally valid consent through its documented enrollment or communications process. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment, participation in an educational program, or receiving non-messaging services.
Recipients may receive recurring informational text messages, including survey invitations, reminders, graduate outcomes communications, class feedback requests, and other education-related service messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
SMS Privacy
No mobile information, including mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, and text messaging opt-in data, will be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose mobile information to service providers that process it solely on our behalf when necessary to operate and deliver our messaging services, or when required by law. These service providers are prohibited from using mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are used only for the messaging program to which the recipient consented.
